**Role:** Lead developer & project manager (MantraBrain).

End-to-end WordPress tour-booking plugin: package management, multi-currency payments, departure scheduling, customer dashboards, email notifications and admin reporting. Now a flagship product in the MantraBrain catalogue.

### ThemeGrill (2017–2018, 2023–2025)

Senior development on the WordPress theme and plugin portfolio, then return as Project Manager owning sprint planning, hiring and product strategy. ThemeGrill products are used on hundreds of thousands of WordPress sites.

### MantraBrain (2018–2023)

Co-built the engineering function. Led teams shipping the WordPress plugin catalogue (Yatra, Sikshya and others) and Laravel applications. Authored architecture for flagship products.

### Unifun (2015–2017)

PHP framework development for telecommunications platforms — web services, billing integrations and WordPress customizations running on telecom-operator infrastructure with strict reliability requirements.

### Sofos & E-prabidhi (2012–2015)

Full-stack work in HTML5/CSS3, Magento, Joomla, WordPress and early Laravel projects, plus CodeIgniter and OpenCart e-commerce builds — wide exposure that shaped how I evaluate frameworks today.
